These Terms of Service govern your use of Zarah Business, including its business management, marketplace, voice-assisted and related services.

By creating an account or using Zarah Business, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Zarah Business

You may use Zarah Business for lawful business and commercial activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activities carried out through your account.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• You must not share OTPs, authentication codes or security credentials.
• You must provide accurate information where required.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure attributable to Zarah Business.

3. Business Records

Zarah Business provides tools to help you record and manage business information such as sales, purchases, stock, customer debts and payments.

Zarah Business is a business management tool and does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Marketplace

Where marketplace features are available, users may publish products, services, images, videos, prices, descriptions and other business information.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish is lawful, accurate and does not violate the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use Zarah Business to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
• Distribute malware or interfere with service operation
• Publish illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing marketplace content
• Abuse or attempt to bypass security or usage controls

6. Voice and AI-Assisted Features

Zarah Business may provide voice or AI-assisted features to help interpret requests and perform business actions.

Automated systems may occasionally misunderstand a request or produce an incorrect result. You should review important records and confirm that transactions or updates were recorded correctly.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Zarah Business reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services or technical problems.

8. Updates and Changes

We may improve, modify, add or remove features as Zarah Business evolves.

We may also update these Terms when the service, applicable law or business requirements change.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or protect the security and integrity of the service.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account according to the process described on our account deletion page.
